Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Design and develop software solutions using Java 8/11 or higher, Spring, Spring Boot, REST, SOAP, JUnit, and other relevant technologies. •⁠ ⁠Mentor and guide colleagues with less experience, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team. •⁠ ⁠Implement event-driven APIs/applications, leveraging Spring/Spring Boot and Confluent Kafka. •⁠ ⁠Collaborate closely with business users and various teams within the organization to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs. •⁠ ⁠Challenge existing practices and bring innovative ideas to the table to drive efficiency and effectiveness. •⁠ ⁠Contribute to incident resolution and defect management, ensuring the stability and reliability of deployed applications. •⁠ ⁠Embrace agility and promote agile practices within the team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Requirements

•⁠ ⁠Deep understanding of Java, object-oriented design, and design patterns. •⁠ ⁠Proficiency in Java development tools, libraries, and frameworks. •⁠ ⁠Experience with synchronous and asynchronous integration patterns. •⁠ ⁠Knowledge or interest in Domain Driven Design, REST API principles, and event-driven architecture. •⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of microservices and their architectural implications. •⁠ ⁠Experience with CI/CD pipelines and testing automation. •⁠ ⁠Ability to take ownership and make sound technical decisions within your Scrum team. •⁠ ⁠Excellent communication skills and fluency in English. •⁠ ⁠Complete understanding of the end-to-end application deployment process. •⁠ ⁠Working knowledge of Azure DevOps is a plus.

Requirements

•⁠ ⁠Hands-on experience with technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, IBM MQ, MSSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, etc. •⁠ ⁠Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.
